Optimo is an integrated property & construction owner’s representative consultancy built around a straightforward principle: complex decisions are better made when experienced professional judgement, reliable information and the right expertise are brought together around the owner's objectives.
Whether you are considering a property, assessing an investment or development opportunity, planning a project or already in delivery, an early conversation can help establish the right questions, risks and next steps.
Optimo Consulting is led by Grant Jarvie and Andrés Monsalve, combining development, investment, architecture, design management and construction delivery experience.

Grant is a property development and investment leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning design, contracting and development, including senior leadership as Managing Director of a major UK property developer. His perspective is therefore firmly owner-side: he combines strategic analysis, commercial judgement and delivery experience to help clients shape opportunities, assess value and risk, make informed decisions and maintain control through delivery.
His core strengths include development strategy, business planning, financial management, stakeholder and investor engagement, team assembly, procurement and board-level reporting. Grant is particularly experienced in complex mixed-use, commercial and heritage-led regeneration, where development ambition must be reconciled with funding, programme, design quality and operational outcomes, with a consistent emphasis on value creation, governance, delivery certainty and long-term asset performance.
In Manchester, he helped lead the strategic masterplanning of the £1.2bn St John's neighbourhood and was closely involved in the forward-purchase and funding negotiations with Aviva, the strategic partnering arrangements with Lendlease and the creation of project teams to deliver successive phases. That wider experience is reflected in projects including Manchester Goods Yard, Enterprise City and the Globe & Simpson Building, as well as London assets such as Herbal House and Highgate Studios. He has also worked across prime residential schemes including Beaufort Gardens and Kensington Gardens Square.
At Optimo, Grant brings a developer's perspective to Owner's Representation: identifying opportunity, challenging assumptions and translating commercial objectives into clear development strategies, accountable decisions and better outcomes for private clients, family offices, investors and developers.

Andrés has led the design and delivery of complex private residential projects including 18-19 Buckingham Gate, 17 Buckingham Gate and 47 Grosvenor Square, working in highly sensitive prime central London settings where discretion, technical judgement and close consultant management are essential.
